• Annual Jackson Civil War Muster Arts & Crafts

  • The Jackson Civil War Society, a not-for-profit organization, welcomed merchandise vendors for the Annual Jackson Civil War Muster at Cascade Falls in Jackson, Michigan. Cascade Falls offers a delightful atmosphere in which to showcase your products/creations. Approximately 20,000 people converge on the park during the event. Our patrons appreciate this exhibit and let you know by their interest in your services and by attending events you sponsor in the Jackson community.
  • HOURS
    Suggested show hours are 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Saturday August 24 and 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Sunday August 25. However, there are scheduled activities in the park on Saturday until 8:30 p.m. All vendors may stay open if they desire.
  • BOOTH INFORMATION
    Booth spaces are 11' x 11'. Please design your booth to include storage area within the space allowed. Non Profits must furnish their own tents or canopies, display equipment, tables, chairs etc.. Motels and campgrounds are available, but reservations must be made early and are the responsibility of the organization. Booth workers will need to park in “General Parking.”
  • REQUIREMENTS
    If you wish to be an exhibitor in our Boulevard show please fill out completely, the enclosed booth application and submit it with a description of your organization or link to your website representing the items you will be selling.
    • Booth must be manned and stocked throughout the event
    • The sale of beverages ie. bottled water, pop, coffee etc. or ready to eat food items, in Boulevard area is not allowed. Selling these items will change your status to a food vendor, for which, the cost will be more.
  • REGISTRATION & SET-UP
    We are located in Cascade Falls. This area will be blocked to all traffic during show hours Saturday August 24 and Sunday August 25. If you do not finish setting up on Friday, August 23, please let us know in advance and you may finish your set-up between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 8:30 a.m. on Saturday.
  • TEAR DOWN
    Tear down begins at approximately 5:00 p.m. on Sunday and must be completed by 8:00 p.m. so that the street can be re-opened.
  • NATURE OF DISPLAY
    The Non Profit organization agrees to maintain an asthetically pleasng booth and limit the displays to those things that are suitable to the character of the exhibt. The committee has the right to request removal of any items it feels unsuitable. It is the wish of our Boulevard Committee that this shall remain family friendly exhibit area. We believe it is in the best interest of the Boulevard show and exhibitors to maintain high quality displays.
